License agreement
By clicking "I accept", downloading, or using the Application, you ("User") agree to the terms below. This agreement is a binding contract between the User (an individual or legal entity) and Pipeline 24 governing use of the Application. If you do not agree, do not click "I accept", download, or use the Application.
1. License
Pipeline 24 grants the User a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to install and use the Application strictly under this agreement. Names such as Pipeline 24, Pipeline Core, or "Pipeline" refer to the administration and rights holders for works shown under the pipeline24.net domain and its subdomains.
2. Restrictions
The User may not: transfer, sell, license, distribute, or commercially exploit the Application without written consent from Pipeline 24; modify, decompile, reverse engineer, or attempt to extract source code; remove or alter copyright notices, trademarks, or other Pipeline 24 rights markings.
3. Changes and updates
Pipeline 24 may change, suspend, or discontinue the Application without notice. Updates (bug fixes, features, improvements) may be provided without guarantee of availability or compatibility. Updates become part of the Application and are covered by this agreement.
4. Third-party services
The Application may link to or integrate third-party services. Pipeline 24 is not responsible for their content, functionality, or security, or for losses arising from use of or reliance on them.
5. Term
This agreement remains in effect until terminated by the User or Pipeline 24. Pipeline 24 may terminate it without notice if terms are breached. Upon termination, the User must remove the Application from all devices.
6. Liability
The Application is provided "as is", without warranties of fitness, accuracy, or freedom from errors. Pipeline 24 is not liable for indirect damages (lost profit, data loss, etc.) arising from use of the Application. Pipeline 24's total liability is limited to fees paid for the Application, if any.
7. Account removal
Pipeline 24 may delete accounts and related projects if: there is no activity for more than 30 calendar days; the balance is negative for more than 30 calendar days; the service is used for criminal purposes (weapons, human trafficking, drugs); or abuse or exploitation is detected.
8. Other terms
Pipeline 24 may amend this agreement with 30 days' notice before changes take effect. Disputes are governed by applicable local law for users.
9. Final provisions
This agreement supersedes prior arrangements between the User and Pipeline 24. Additional terms may apply to specific services and will be communicated separately. Continued use confirms acceptance.
