This functionality operates via Webhooks:

• Native — Opens the system's default calling application (using an href="tel:" link format).

• API — Full integration with IP telephony systems.

Call configuration is managed in the context of Locales. This means you can customize a completely different behavior for the call button for each specific locale.

Adding a Calling Service

To add a new calling service, navigate to:
Settings — Calls — click the "+" icon at the bottom — Add.

Fill in the "New Record" window and click Save.

Edit

To edit a calling service, navigate to: Settings — Calls — Edit.

Delete

To delete a calling service, navigate to: Settings — Calls — Delete.
