A list of template comments for quick entry into the "Comment" field within the Order Card.

The list of comments is generated based on specific statuses and role types to eliminate redundancy and data clutter.

Add

To create a new template comment for orders, navigate to: Settings — Order Comments — "+".

Edit and Delete

To edit or delete an order comment, navigate to: Settings — Order Comments — select edit or delete on the right.
