Integrating SMS campaigns into your CRM allows you to automatically send messages to clients. To set this up, complete the following steps:
Register with an SMS provider, such as SMS Assistant or Rocket SMS.
Add the provider's credentials to the CRM.
Configure the trigger conditions for the SMS campaigns.
Step 1: Registration with an SMS Provider
Navigate to the website of your chosen provider.
Register by following the on-screen instructions.
Obtain the API Key that will be used for CRM integration.
Step 2: Adding Provider Credentials to the CRM
